01When will KANSO launch?
We are not publishing a date until the launch theme is ready. Join the waitlist and we will email you as soon as it launches.
02What will launch first?
KANSO will launch with one complete Shopify theme. More themes can be added later, but the first release is focused on making one system exceptionally useful.
03What happens when I join the waitlist?
We store your name and email and use them to notify you about the KANSO launch. Joining does not create an account or require payment.
04Will a KANSO theme guarantee more sales?
No theme can guarantee sales. KANSO helps shoppers understand your products, trust your brand, and move towards checkout with less friction. Your offer, traffic, product, and merchandising still matter.
05Which paid apps could I remove?
That depends on your current stack. KANSO is designed to cover common presentation and selling needs such as quick add, sticky purchase controls, product recommendations, announcement bars, guides, and bundle ready sections. Review each app workflow before cancelling it.
06Do I need a developer to launch?
No. Choose a theme, connect your Shopify store, add your content, and shape the built in settings around your brand. A developer is optional for bespoke work, not a requirement for launch.
07Do I need to create an account now?
No. The waitlist only asks for your name and email. Account creation and store connection will happen after KANSO launches.
08Will joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. Joining is free and does not require payment details.
09How much will a KANSO license cost?
Choose $20 monthly per store license, or pay $200 once for lifetime access to one store. Active Monthly licenses can upgrade to Lifetime later for $150, saving $50 against the standard Lifetime price.
10What happens after 12 months on lifetime access?
The theme remains licensed to that store. Full support and new theme updates are included for 12 months, then end unless KANSO introduces a separate renewal option.
